Welcome to Assisted Home Care, LLC. We are in our 35th year serving Arizona communities with "In- Home Care". We provide personalized care to individuals requiring assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADL's). We recognize that, in most cases, individuals requiring assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADL's) are unable to care for themselves without assistance from others. Additionally, financial, as well as emotional issues place a tremendous strain on families and friends.
Assisted Home Care provides a unique "In-Home Healthcare Plan" continuously updated to meet the needs of the individual while at the same time tailored to meet the financial budget of the family. Upon completion of the FREE Healthcare Assessment we create our ongoing "In-Home Healthcare Plan". The monthly updated Healthcare Plan assists us, and you, in determining how much care is needed. For example, an individual may only need assistance for a few hours per week while others may need daily or even 24 hours per day assistance.
