Assisted Home Care will assist by referring you to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona's Long-Term -Care System for low-income individuals. (AHCCCS) is Arizona's alternative to Medicaid and is available to assist those individuals who no longer have the ability to pay healthcare fees when funds and other assets are depleted. We refer some individuals that served in the military,to the VA Aid and Attendance program, as well.

Assisted Home Care will assist you with the application process and work closely with representatives to ensure that your application is completed in a timely manner.

There are no long-term contracts. Our contract is a month-to-month contract. We require an up-front deposit based on the estimated hours we will be providing during a two-week period of time.

Yes, we provide you with a "Release of Liability" form allowing us to transport individuals to appointments. We require our employees to show evidence of liability insurance when using their own vehicle. If using our client's vehicle, we require proof of insurance from you.
